Isofield Alpha Kit

The Alpha Kit includes a cleanroom coverall with a mandarin collar, a postbox style cleanroom hood, and a pair of cleanroom overboots, all aseptically folded and ready for sterile use.

The Alpha kit is designed for high-grade environments like GMP Grade A and B and ISO Class 4, 5 cleanrooms, making it ideal for oncology drug preparation, antibiotic sterile production, hormone/insulin sterile production, compounded parenteral nutrition (TPN) prep, sterile hospital pharmacy cleanrooms, hazardous drug compounding (USP ), intrathecal drug preparation, high-risk admixture rooms, clinical trial investigational product compounding, batch release sample preparation under aseptic conditions

Absolutely. The Alpha Kits are PPE Cat III Type 5/6 Certified. They are made from low-linting, anti-static fabric that’s also tested against chemotherapy agents to ASTM F 739 standards, ensuring protection, cleanliness, and compliance in critical cleanroom tasks.

There are several key reasons to choose Isofield Kits over standalone options:

• Reduced packaging waste One validated kit pack replaces multiple individual sterile wraps, cutting plastic and cardboard usage.
• Optimized sterilization cycles Kits are sterilized as a single unit, lowering energy and gamma resource consumption compared to multiple standalone packs.
• Lower transport emissions Consolidated kitting reduces shipment volume and weight, shrinking carbon footprint in distribution.
• Minimized Inventory waste Pre-kitted garments prevent partial pack expiries and unused items being discarded.
• Streamlined recycling Fewer component packs mean cleaner, simpler waste segregation and higher recyclability rates.

These cleanroom overboots are 50 cm knee length, feature dual ties for a secure fit, and use anti-slip PU soles to reduce falls, all while maintaining sterile integrity during wear.

The coverall, hood and overboots are made from the same base material, composed of 52% polypropylene (PP) and 48% polyethylene (PE). The overboot sole, however, uses a different material composition consisting of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE).
