Isofield Kappa Kit

The Kappa Kit includes a sterile cleanroom coverall with an integrated Postbox-style hood and a pair of sterile cleanroom overboots. Both items are aseptically folded and designed for use in high-grade cleanroom environments.

The Kappa Kit is built for GMP Grade A and B and ISO Class 4 and 5 cleanrooms. It’s ideal for pharmaceutical production, aseptic manufacturing, and biotech facilities requiring sterile cleanroom garments, such as aseptic filling of sterile injectable drugs – safeguarding parenteral production lines from particulate and microbial contamination, biotech cell culture operations ensuring operator protection and cleanroom integrity during sensitive upstream and downstream processes, and vaccine manufacturing – maintaining compliance in Grade A/B areas where sterile barrier integrity is critical.

Yes. The Kappa Kit made from low-linting, anti-static fabric and tested for use with chemotherapy agents, and is certified PPE Cat III, Type 5/6. The kit meets cleanroom gowning standards and provides full-body PPE clothing protection.

The coverall has a zip flap with double-sided tape to block particle exchange, elasticated thumb loops for wrist seal, and back elastic to reduce air pockets. The cleanroom overboots feature dual ties and an anti-slip sole for secure fit and footing.
