Isofield Iota Kit

The Iota Kit features a sterile cleanroom coverall with hood (Steridon model) and a pair of Vista cleanroom overboots. Both items are aseptically folded and validated sterile for use in Grade A/B cleanroom environments.

This kit is validated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10?? and processed via X-ray sterilisation. It’s designed to maintain sterility during donning and throughout use in critical areas like aseptic filling of sterile injectables, lyophilized drug production & vaccine formulation, CAR-T therapy preparation suites, stem cell expansion cleanrooms, mRNA & DNA vaccine production, gene therapy aseptic manufacturing, biologic drug substance filling, monoclonal antibody production and recombinant protein purification

The Steridon cleanroom coverall includes an ergonomic back and shoulder fit for greater mobility, colour-coded tabs for easy donning, thumb loops and removable zip tabs to help maintain a sterile field. The material is ligthweight, flexible and very comfortable compared to traditional film laminates.

The Vista sterile overboots are 50 cm knee high, made with anti-slip PU soles, and have dual ties for a secure fit. They’re designed to be worn over sterile footwear and support aseptic gowning protocols.
