Isofield Beta Kit

The Beta Kit comes with three essentials: a cleanroom coverall featuring a mandarin collar, a matching hood with integrated cleanroom facemask, and a pair of cleanroom overboots. Everything is vacuum packed, aseptically folded and ready for use in sterile environments.

The Beta Kit is designed for high-level environments such as GMP Grade A/B and ISO Class 4–5 cleanrooms, ensuring full-body protection in sites like pharmaceutical labs, BIO manufacturing zones, and medical device production. Additional applications include advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs) and gene therapy suites supporting highly controlled environments for viral vector, CAR-T, and other cell-based therapies, and sterile ophthalmic and oncology drug compounding protecting both product and operator in high-risk aseptic compounding facilities.

Absolutely. Each item is made from low-linting, anti-static fabric, and all components are chemo-tested to ASTM F739 standards, providing trustworthy protection and particle control during critical cleanroom tasks. The Coverall with Mandarin Collar is Type 5/6 Certified, meaning that its a great choice for light spray and particulate challenges.

This integrated cleanroom facemask makes donning much quicker and cleaner. With a soft, latex-free elastic face opening and convenient ties, it reduces extra steps and keeps coverage consistent in high-demand settings.

These cleanroom overboots rise to knee-height and come with dual ties plus anti-slip PU soles, delivering reliable fit, stability, and contamination protection in controlled areas.

There are several key reasons to choose Isofield Kits over standalone options:

• Reduced packaging waste One validated kit pack replaces multiple individual sterile wraps, cutting plastic and cardboard usage.
• Optimized sterilization cycles Kits are sterilized as a single unit, lowering energy and gamma resource consumption compared to multiple standalone packs.
• Lower transport emissions Consolidated kitting reduces shipment volume and weight, shrinking carbon footprint in distribution.
• Minimized Inventory waste Pre-kitted garments prevent partial pack expiries and unused items being discarded.
• Streamlined recycling Fewer component packs mean cleaner, simpler waste segregation and higher recyclability rates.
