GRADE A ENVIRONMENT
The manufacture of any sterile product should be carried out in a clean area.
Grade A environments are typically the critical zone for high-risk operations such as aseptic processing line, ampoule and vial filling zone1. Such conditions are usually provided by isolators and RABS making it a common sight in the Grade A environment. Any personnel in the Grade A area must be dressed to meet the criticality of the environment.
